I'm not being serious. I'm just playing some mindless ping pong back and forth. I'm sure PeacefulIntentions is doing the same. If I was that arrogant I wouldn't be having this "conversation" to begin with.

No problem. Hope it works for you. At first your body might not be used to the increased testosterone so you might be quick to anger, get the urge to smash things (like the hulk) or be moody in general. This will pass.

No, I am being seriously funny

You need to post up in my fence, to matter as a fence post.

I have read that a long overnight fasting can improve hormone production. Eat supper early in the evening 3-4pm and a late breakfast 10-11am (no snacking in between)
Without a lot of physical activity (especially in the morning) this will likely raise hell with your metabolism probably making you feel even more horrible than you do now.
Plenty of good rest at night and after physical excursion is supposed to help too (from what i understand).

Then there are less natural methods.. All vertebrates (even fish from what i have been told) create the exact same testosterone. If your natural approach is exclusively driven by your insurance providers reluctance to cover medication you might want to look into bovine growth enhancing products. They are available without a prescription and its quite easy to extract the testosterone and prep the injections at home with little to no chemistry experience.

    DON'T! NEVER, EVER, TRY IT!

first thing is to have a comperhisive blood test run.
if you testosterone is with in the normal range... your in good health.
if testosterone is out of the normal range... VERY, VERY, VERY, BAD NEWS INDEED!
there are a good number of confirmed cases, of young men in there teens, twenties, and thirties; dropping over dead from heart attacks and strokes.
the long term bad news is a very, very, very, high probility of getting bladder, prostate, testicular, and other forms of cancer at a very, very, younge age.

with all that going aganist raising testosterone levels... not worth the risk at all!

By the way, Blackcat666 is very much accurate/correct in what he is saying.. Hormone supplementation will almost certainly have adverse affects on you blood pressure, cholesterol, and liver enzymes.

Get tested to make sure you need it first, then have a full blood panel every 3 months if you start any kind of hormone supplementation therapy.. (assuming you don't want to die young or live the rest of your life with liver damage)..

the lifting weights is absolutely true.
but there is a certain way to do it. do sets of shorter, heavier weights. also getting good amounts of sleep is vital
