Seeking Truth about selenium dioxide crysyals

Is there any truth to the so called "Easter Bunny Meth"? I feel like this is what has been available for a while now. I have read alot and there are many contradictions in what is being discussed as far as whether or not it is actually real. Lots of different 4-7 day processes, hopefully one of you fine gentlemen can clear this up for me.

Also, selenium is an antioxidant. being totally ignorant to the chemistry, i was wondering in what form it is. The crystals are supposed to conduct electricity when exposed to light? Also used in tumor and cancer issues. Sounds amazing, too good to be true?
