..My cousin, he just recently got into high school and since ive gotten into major trouble with drugs at school. I've been trying hard to keep him away from doing that anywhere near school. Me and him are really chill I just dont want the same shit that happened to me happen to him. He plans on doing coke in the bathroom be4 school tomorrow for his first time. Personally I havent done coke just because its hella expensive but I would try it if I had the chance. I told him this so he threwdown for some. I've been trying to warn him that you eventually get caught and he just wants to tell me that noo it doesnt have no smell or anything I cant get caught. Hes also got ecstacy and other shit from people at school so its kinda fucked up and I dont want him in hella trouble I dont see why people need to get all this shit at school. What do you guys think?
No doubt it's stupid.. I had some accquaintances who started doing MDMA at school for a while. They did it for a few months, until they eventually just had some serious molly crashes and ended up taking a break. I suppose there's something that's supposed to be cool about getting high at school. I started smoking at school when I first was, and I did for a while (never got caught), but eventually I realized that I would enjoy my high much more if I just saved the weed and used it at home. Buying drugs at school is one thing as he may not have any other connects, but using drugs at school on a constant basis isn't the best of ideas.

I live like 3000 miles away from him. literally lol @cannbissoul I agreed with you a lot of people think its "cool" to get high at school but most people ive ever came across usually get caught at school including me so maybe thats just why im sketched. He also has all connects outside of school it just seems like school is the meeting place to get them or sometin like if you fronted the money.
Why would anyone want to do a drug for the first time in a bathroom at a school? Have you asked him that?

all you can do is tell him how you feel about it. it sounds like you are pretty upfront and honest about your drug use, so use that. something to the effect of "ive never let you down/ lied to you, but im worried about your behavior {add other opinions/ criticisms and WHY you feel that way}" and then leave it up to him. his life, his problem. you offer the advice, and thats it. its up to him to act on it. what blows my mind is the 'colorado meth project' ads that have people who started doing meth at 12 ears old and crap. seriously? why do kids (lets say less than 16) think its ok to do hard drugs? i was 15 when i started smoking pot, and i have no desire to use chemicals. i suspect it has to do with lumping all drugs together as 'bad' without the degrees of badness. my parents were upfront about that, and told me to be wary of chemicals. then again... just tell him how you feel like mother's love said.. other than that.. don't nag him about it.. because you know.. like i know.. like everyone knows... when you are nagged about doing something when you are a kid.. it just adds more fuel to the fire to do it out of spite and rebellion.. since you live 3000 miles away from him.. here is what i would do.. call him.. start a convo... tell him what you believe.. let him argue it if he feels the need and do not rebut.. just be like "well then i gotta go.. talk to you later" and hang up but then again.. you're 16... if i could go back and do it over again... i would have waited to do drugs... even marijuana.. til a little later in life..
Ya thanks for advice I used to be just like him.. probably why I got caught no one could tell me that doing stuff at school was bad I covered my tracks right.. but um me and him are pretty close we talk like everyday lol. I started smoking like a month before I turned 14 I haven't strayed far from only using weed but I have experimented a bit. I'm pretty much the guy that got him into wanting to try weed when he was like 12 don't think he did til he was like 13 sometime. Now hes 14 and hes experimented with some stuff I havent even done like ecstacy. Hes acts a lot like I did which kinda scares me I've toned down a lot after being in trouble at school so maybe he might need a similar experience.
damn..i wish your cuz the best.. it breaks my heart to hear this kinda stuff. you're a good dude for wanting to help him however you can. i'm with the others here, i think you're doin what you can and just gotta hope for the best.
