Well in the first place it was my mothers fault. she bought home a girl i did not like. and i did not like her boy friend too .but i gave them a joint her and there. they where really my mothers friends. a young couple that was telephone freaks. well i told my mother to never bring one with out the other. they never new i was growing . i told them i got it from a trucker that i use to work with in another city near by. I always had good stuff. and they would wonder why my smoke was so good. because all you could get around thees parts was mex brick with seed. my stuff was organic grown super silver haze,kalimist,ak47,sourdog(rez sdxogbx1) c99,serious seed bubblegum. you get what i am saying . well my step dad just fell over dead .hart attack . and my mother said to me that she had a feeling and wanted me to stop growing for a bit and i said ok that i hade 3 plants of kalimist left and after that i was done for the year .as i had plenty of bubblegum and sour dog left. well one day she bought the girl over and she spent the night .boy listen too that little voice that speaks to you when you meet folks. well her shit face boy friend called that night and ask if i could score him some weed the next day and i said i will go to see if the man was home. well the next day up the drive thay come all dressed in black and mp5s drawn it was the police. and i knew right then what had happened. I was cool as a cucumber . thay ask me if i dealt i said no i use it for personal use and medication. as i was in a on the job fall 30ft broke my back in 3 places and have bolts and screws in place where there use to be bone . after the fall i had a pancreas attack and contracted diabetic. and i told the cops this and said if you take me to jail you have to get all my medications my Oxycontin,my roxycodone . my insulin it was a shit load. well all in all they took all my big lights .400mh 600hps 2 hoods. my can33 carbon filter and fan. but left all the light bulbs a Dayton blower a 250 watt mh light and hood. all my fertilizer and nutrients. but this is the best thing they left is all my genetics 7 years of collecting and crossing and folks from California gave me. like all my OG kush crosses. that's what they do not know. you can replace all the grow equipment. but you can not replace all of the genetics i had gathered. so that's the last time i saw the police .no jail time . i have all ready started collecting all my equipment. i have a home box XL , 600 watt dimmable ballast from lumatek. and a nice air cooled hood on the way. but i think i will move to a friendly state this time.maybe Colorado .

they ask my mother did she know i smoked weed and my mother said yes i do. he smokes it for pain and sleep. we have never seen the girl or guy ever since it happened . i told my mother if i see these 2 people again i will kill them or beat the hell out of both of them. the boy friend thought i was sleeping with the girl .and he knew i hated the girls guts i could not stand her .every one new it but the dude is a retard and they deserve each other. but the cops was looking for money more then any thing else . and there was none . i had 5 bucks in my wallet .the cops looked disgusted that there was not more but i told them it was for personal use. some of the police was saying that it will be legalized in 5-10 years watch. but i said i do not know if i have 5-10 years .you are not promised tomorrow . so they took a few things and it was the last time i saw them . i thought it could be a rip off as they took a 1000.00 dollar camera. and my pc and my lcd. but it was the police they had a Warrant and all.
Still sounds like a rip-off. If they didn't charge you with anything and you weren't dealing then why confiscate those items? Do you still have the warrant? They HAVE to give you a copy and it HAS to state specifically what they are looking for. I say you should go to the police station with the warrant and demand your property back. Don't let yourself be screwed like that, even if it is the police.
no does2 but she was a hoe that gave it up free i think her main thing was alcohol. and the guy was a nephew of one of her old friends. and my mother would give him money for cigarettes and food. because she felt sorry for them .i would say fuck them .as we are both disabled and he worked and she was too lazy.

Wow, I know how spinal breakage feels and that's no joke, maybe not the magnitude you experienced, but it still sucks... Anywho, those people are quite the fucks after you treated them so nicely, can't trust a damn soul anymore these days, no damn respect. That's why only about 4 people know about my stash or clones or whatever or that if I'm selling cause I've been way too nice and trusting for way too long and all it's done is gotten me fucked. It sounds kind of like they got in trouble for something and unloaded some of the heat onto you, but if not, they are even bigger pricks. Also, go and demand your things from the cops. Why would they take things that aren't illegal? It sounds like they were trying to get your money, but took something else as a bribe cause there wasn't any. Don't they like require a separate warrent or permission to look on a computer if it was yours and not the house owners? Something sounds really fishy here with the police, and I'd ask into it and see why they took it. If they have some bullshit answer or deny it entirely, you know they're hiding something. They are also stupid cause they didn't charge you with anything, I don't think they'll really be able to, it sounds to me like they just took the pot for themselves too, so just start asking questions and it'll put some pressure on them if it was a dirty raid. I heard of something happening to a friend of mine like that... At some point he said "Wait... you aren't cops" Didn't matter, they still had guns and he still lost all his shit. No jail time though, lol
Come to think of it, fake raids would be an excellent way to steal drugs from assholes that don't deserve them. People don't really question things if there's a gun in their face, chances are they're face down the entire time until they relized they got robbed by some dicks impersonating cops I think in this case these dudes were cops, don't sound like very clean ones to me though.
It sounds strange. You claim they took your grow gear... but you never mentioned them finding your plants? If they found you growing no medical condition is gonna keep you out of jail. Or were the plants already harvested?
I find it amusing that the thread title is a question. If you are unsure you just got raided, you just got robbed.
