Some DPT, A Friday Night

woke up with 8 .5mg xanax 37.5mg zopiclone a bunch of barbituate and 100mg jwh018 missing. These things can happen.

everything seems back to normal now but that really was a scary experience. What I remember of th dpt trip i was having fun though.

 

I doubt you were having too much fun if you were filling yourself with depressants.

 

different time. Just talking about how easy it is for benzos to dissappear.

Honestly, I only wish I could remember what the trip was like even if it was horrible..

Most of us do consume tons of different drugs. Know I do. Gotta have variety

 

variety with discretion

(this is not to say i've never done anything stupid)

 

psychadellics/benzos isn't variety, it's a way to abort when something goes wrong (though some would say it's taking the easy way out). That's why we had the sublingual ativan around for the trip. I honestly don't know how shit happened after that though.

 

if you had educated yourself about the intensity of DPT beforehand, you would have probably realized that benzos would be basically pointless in that situation

Im glad this dpt thread got bumped i simply cannot post in lalakuno's dpt thread, I wish that guy well at the fair but i dont want that garbage popping up in my 'your posts' section. Im excited and nervous to try dpt, This trip report made me slightly more nervous as I was ready to just go balls deep and im inject 100 mgs. I am reconsidering my initial dosing now.

I'm finding a bit of variability in reports with this stuff that's not really giving me a good idea of what to expect in terms of intensity, I guess going in with an open mind and positive attitude is the best? Is it pretty simple to just lay down on it or any worries about wandering around like salvia?

 

could it be that the recent batch is more potent?

 

I wouldn't be too pre-occuiped with the intensity. No matter how much you think about it you'll still get whammed with the rush. (I've done it 3 times in the nose - I still get BLOWN away by it). Just come at it with the right amount of humility and open mind towards the effects.

(You can be pretty sure it won't kill you at decent doses, when not mixed with benzos).

Make sure you do have a place to lay down, though, as the coming up may cause some heavy body feelings. I would say usually you won't end up walking around - I usually just get floored, or if not I may be moving slightly because it feels so strange


And porkstock, this batch might be more intense, but I think it's also just the intensity of DPT that's spanking everyone's asses

Parts of the trip are coming back to me slowly, but they all feel as if they were bits of dreams or small aspects of other trips, as if my brain stored all the information of the night in a very fragmented way...
At first what came back to me was simply the feeling of snorting the stuff, which reminded me of what happened right after. I was surprised at the feeling, like a needle up the nose and the intensity of the vibrations from seconds after snorting the DPT, but I started to freak out when K said "what the fuuuuuuuck did we just snort??" and I made the assumption that everyone knew what DPT was and that whatever we had just snorted was not DPT and thought we had fucked up and snorted some poison and started to feel like blood was streaming out of my nose and severing all the blood vessels of my brain (or at least that's what ego death felt like under the assumption of having snorted something other than DPT), then I got stuck in this sort of death loop...
I felt I had accidentally just killed myself by snorting some poison that was not DPT and then came to the realization that death was just a continuous loop of your living self realizing it was dead... I've had time loops before, but usually time loops of sort of doing something then forgetting then walking back and forth for a while, but this was a time loop of the exact moment of the ego death (which I thought was actual death) forever, but I knew exactly what was happening. I think at some point I decideded that drugs were some thing that death had invented to trick you into going into the loop and that hat loop was death. I remember there always being three entities (probably the three of us) who were continually dying and at some point I did something, thinking I would escape, then everything got indescribably intense and I forget the rest... I am rather sure that I only took one .5sublingual ativan, though, as I don't think I would've had another oportunity to even be able to open a pill bottle throughout the rest of the trip...
It seems to come back to me through other drugs, scenes, dreams...
I think if I had somehow known for sure that it was DPT, I would've been ok and unstuck myself from the death loop, though. Hearing WHat the fuck did we just snort??? scarred the shit out of me. It brought me back to a dream I had had once that was similar..
I can explain what happened in my own mine but I cannot possibly put it into words. I guess the feeling of death is the most accurate, but it isn't exactly right. And if I do this again (probably after much more experience), I won't snort it...

 

A little bit of both, in my opinion.

So today dead friend (hedgeclipper) was back in the room we did DPT in. We had just smoked a bowl and were sitting there and he was saying the room reminded him of DPT. Suddenly he gets up, walks towards my stairs and comes back. His eyes go back to being bottomless pits of fear. He runs up my stairs and starts to leave my house.

I ended up walking around with him for a while as he thought he was dying/going crazy. Flashbacks of the most primal feeling.

 

panic attack and flackback induced by the weed after a traumatic event i suppose....get him to chill in the room sober

 

I suppose - he was here sober before we smoked and was fine, but weed just tumbled it up.

I know he'll get over it eventually.. but I guess I kinda just want to document this.
DPT is a serious drug.

 

ok i have a distinct memory. Everything is shifting into itself and fractalizing and suddenly I look up (although I was already looking up) and there's just vomit there... with glasses in it. And I look up and K is just there and I timelooped coming to the realization that the vomit existed forever and jsut looking up and finding the vomiter right there, then the vomiter went into the fetal position and look extremely afraid of something I did not see, but then I looked down again and there was jsut vomit on the floor with glasses in it. I don't know if anyone actually vomited, but there was vomit there. I think someone's brain vomited..

what the fuck this drug... I can't even call whatever it was a bad trip, just I don't know
Anyone think Star Trek the next generation S05E18 cause & affect was dpt inspired?

 

I read Daniel pinchbeck's Breaking open the head excerpt on dpt and his description makes this stuff sound not friendly at all. He compared it to salvia in the sense of feeling stuck in that realm and you have a dysphoric feeling of a part of you always existing there and returning. Then he compared the visuals to the hyper perfection of dmt but of a different nature basically saying the dmt entities and palace are brightly jeweled with welcoming entities compared to dpt which has demonic entities with a disdain for humans... He also seem to be fairly shaken awhile after the experience.

If that assessment is somewhat correct, I'm surprised so many here seem to enjoy this stuff.

 

That's what I've been thinking... the more I read about it, the more similar it sounds to Salvia and if that's the case, I'm reconsidering my interest in trying it so soon.
