Can you smoke tar out of an opium pipe? It seems like it would work, but I've never heard of anyone trying it before.
zinger! Also OP what do you mean by tar? I am assuming opium, i guess tar is a shortened slang thing. sorry i am not really to knowledgeable on such things. you can definitely smoke tar (opium) through and opium pipe. But consistent use requires a good amount of clean up.
The OP is referring to tar heroin I believe. The method I like is using a lightbulb, I suppose you can use a meth pipe too. I don't know where meth pipes are found exactly but have heard sex boutiques carry them. Let me know if you don't understand the lightbulb method.
Yes, I was referring to black tar heroin. I know of the light bulb method, but I have no idea how it works.
well, more importantly is how to make it, to which you'll find more than plenty of guides detailing the construction and use of one.
You smack the back out of the bulb (the saudered on part) remove the lighting filiment/guts, then you rinse the bulb with hot water to get the white paint out leaving you with a clear bulb. Put your stuff in, put a straw/pen in your mouth to suck out the smoke, then hold the lighter under the bulb.
When i was writing my reply i wondered that...... I thought that the most efficient way to consume black tar heroin was to IV it? I know near to nothing about smoking it. But as was said, lightbulb vape would seem to be the next best thing next to a specific pipe, meth or otherwisse.
Really what it boils down to is SWIM has always used the powdered varieties of H which can simply be snorted. Now all of their sources have either stopped selling the powdered varieties or have disappeared, leaving SWIM with only tar to purchase. Having always avoided tar, SWIM is looking for the best way to smoke the substance since snorting it doesn't seem like a possibility due to its texture.
There are ways to snort tar (cheese anyone), but the hassle isn't worth it when you will get better results through smoking. While iv'ing is the most economical route some just won't go near needles and choose to smoke instead. While shooting is just another route of administration (ROA) if you mention you use heroin intravenously on this forum all the 'children' will chime in saying you are a junkie and that you are gonna be a thieving piece of shit and od and die. While iv'ing dope can lead to different needle based illnesses (especially tar) you are no better or worse than a person who drinks/smokes/pops pills/etc. While I don't judge those who spike (me included) in reality if you can get off without using needles then by all means do so. To sum it up if you don't want to fuss with foil go with a bulb or meth pipe, never something like a weed bowl as direct heat to the product kills a lot of the 'good stuff' and it just plain doesn't work well. Always go with a vaporizing route (no direct flame)
This is exactly the type of response I was looking for. I was just curious about what was the best way to take in tar without injecting, and this pretty much answers that question.
