it's one of them shitty pre-paid type. so i have 36 dollars worth of time on there.. at .20 (20 cents) a minute.. and it wants me to give it 10 more dollars or it's going to cancel my account today.. soooooooooooooo. if i cancels my account.. do i get the money back? i better! who wants me to call them and not talk and waste my minutes?
I swear every company regardless of what kind it is, trys to keep fucking everyone over for money. Then you call for help and the person on the other end can't speak fucking english. boog im on your side.
i hate the damn thing. the only reason i have it is that the boyfriend bought it for me so he could call me.. anyone that knows me and needs to contact me does so online or .. not at all.. i hate that i even need a phone for 'business' type contacts..
I had one of those phones and it sucked. I was low on cash for awhile so I bought a card for 20$. I was hoping it would see me to better times, but after a couple months it erased my minutes that I had saved and said I needed to purchase another card That was the last one I will buy.
the time cards here all run out in 30 days if you dont use it...except the $100 cards are good for a year.... so I buy the $100 ones...the first two years were fine but then this year I ran low and had to buy more time in less than a year they will never give refunds...
it's been building up.. it was automatically adding 10 bucks every 3 months.. i'm up to 36 dollars. i finally figured out how to make it stop automatically adding the 10 dollars.. now it's threatening to die on me.. i just want my 36 bucks back.. can't seem to figure out how to do so though.
Tracfone isn't too bad regarding price. If you use a fairly large number of minutes, you can get about 10 cents per minute on those phones if you buy the right products for it. It's best to buy a tracfone that already comes with the 'double minutes' feature. Every time you add minutes, you get twice as many minutes for the same price, as long as you keep using that particular phone that has the double-minutes feature. If you use very little minutes and want the phone to not expire for a year or more, you can buy a short-term tracfone card, such as 90 days with 60 minutes for about $20 (which will get doubled to 120 minutes with the double-minutes feature). You can also add a year of air-time for $50. Together, those two purchases give you 15 months of airtime and 120 minutes for $70. No tricks. That's about $4.67 per month. .
With all phone networks, just ring them up and threaten to leave them and they will do anything to please you x
That's assuming that the customer service rep can understand English and has at least a little more brains than a Walmart greeter or DMV employee. .
what phone provider are you using? A while ago i used to have T-Mobile pre-paid in the USA and it worked fine apart from eating minutes like pacman. After i had bought over $100 usd of minutes any minutes i added after that lasted a year. Maybe that is the same thing for you? But until then they run out in a month?
Oh great. Isn't that the one whose website uses all that lingo of 13 year olds that no one else can understand? .
sorta.. there site is confusing as hell.. unless you wanna change your ring tone or give them more money. if you wanna cancel your account of stop paying them automatically.. it's a mofo pain in the ass to figure out how.
