A wolf does not wander the forest alone...

....a wolf knows the importance of a pack.

And this is what I am learning right now in this extreme shift of consciousness, the climb from low-vibrational existence into a higher one. I am feeling really drawn to find/develop a "community" of sorts. A productive, healthy, community of equal individuals working TOGETHER to promote joy, love, health, well-being, and life!

Over the past year or so I have drawn back from society and begun studying and falling deeply into my own projects...from soapmaking to herbalism to identifying wild edible plants to wood walks to educating myself on gardening, developing food forests and harvesting water. I am entering now into fiber arts and teaching myself how to take a bundle of raw fiber and using a drop spindle - spin yarn which in turn can be made into blankets, socks, hats, tunics, anything.

I noticed the trend of apathy and turned away from it, thankfully. Drinking reality away, and holding back awakening is not for me. I do not wish to frequent bars and pubs to have intellectual swordplay and a terrible hangover the next day.

What I am looking for from this forum is to form this community.....probably first by meeting, by learning others, by using intuition to hopefully eventually guide me to the right group of people with which I can live peaceably outside the rat race, outside the mind-numbing soup....but rather INSIDE a group of like-minded folks who wish to do more than sustain but learn to THRIVE from the abundance of the earth and learning & applying new skill sets....understanding that Joy should be the common state.
