Hello canada I was hoping someone here could provide me with some online job search sites. You know, the basic sites every canadian has gone too when they've been unemployed. Sites that are national job search sites for canada, then any sites that are local only etc etc. In return i could provide the same service but obviously for sites in aus. I have looked for job search sites online, but the ones i find seem to be very vague and don't seem all that ligitimate. For anyone who's sick of these threads/foreigners wanting work in your country....come on peace
http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/ click english; then job search, then pick the province or teritory you want to search in I've found work through it before, decent because it actually has postings for work outside of the big city centres; and more important (for me) trades, agriculture and general labour postings the best way to find work (or atleast the work I look for) however is always word of mouth are you under 30 by any chance? if so I'd say apply for a working holiday visa and just find work when you get here
Hey yovo Yeah man i'm under 30. And funnily enough that idea came to me last night. Thank you for the link bro, greatly appreciated. peace
Why do u have to be under 30 to get a "working holiday" Visa...don't older people like working holidays?
because it's considered a 'youth' visa, 30 seems to be the age limit for all the countries we have working holiday visas with I'm living and working in france right now on that type of a visa, I want to come back but the paperwork is going to be a real pain in the ass the second time around because it will be a regular long stay work visa which is way more restrictive. If ya ask me it's all a bunch of beurocratic BS
