Creating a commune in europe for free minded people

I want to create a commune in europe for like minded people

It should be near a forest in Denmark Holland or Germany

All discions will be voted on anonamusly in the community however if there is confusion or an emergancy in the community as the founder i and the owner of the property will use common sense and reson to solve the problem.

Familys are welcome in the community,if any laws of the state are broken the law breaker will be warnd removed or reported to the police depending on the crime.

Acohol and herbs and tabaco are accepted in the community.

We will grow our own food and have live stock,people of all diets are welcome

All races are welcome

Violence and verbal insults are not tolarated!

We will need somebody to provide us with the land or raise funds to buy the land.

Members must share some funds to support the community

Hopefully this commune will grow to be the most sucsessfull in history

 

I'd talk to some people who have tried this sort of thing before if I were you.

I can't see you getting very far with what you've just posted above, TBH.
You need more than a list of rules to create a community.

 

I know,its verry hard to do all this a phone and its hard to find a community i trust or isent nuts
