More intense and terrifying 5-MEO-DMT or Salvia ?

Which is more intense and terrifying between 5-MEO-DMT or Salvia ? Also is 5-meo-dmt more intense than dmt ?

Im not his autisic friend Benjamin but this is a tough one to say on. I only have one 5-Meo-Dmt experience but it was pretty damn intense.

5 Meo felt like my mind was almost near the ceiling and my body sunk into my bed. Breathing and heartbeat was still recognizable but that's makes it even more overwhelming in a sense cause you're like where did the rest of me go.

Salvia can completely obliterate reality though and eventhough it doesn't always manifest physically youre mind can just be screaming "What the fuck is this!!!???" I feel I'm being pulled, pushed, and spun every which way it wants to move me.

If I had to pick I think salvia can be more terrifying, Its hard to compare off one 5 Meo dmt trip' though. Some of 5 Meo Dmt was absolutely blissful too, I had some negative after effects from 5 meo though so no future comparisons
