take a big bite of a honey bun, then while chewing that throw the mushrooms in and swallow both together. repeat untill mushies are gone! this is by far the best way i have found to mask the taste.
Lemon tek is intense and requires less shroom material to be digested, so less nausea. Also the nausea is, if I rememba correctaly, 90% mental, and 10% actual physical nausea. Mind over Matter will guarantee no gagging either way in any case. Don't think, do. If you're like me and always thinking, go for a jog to the forest, and arrive an hour later in heaven I lemon tek my shrooms, and find my fresh shrooms have waaay less nausea. Also ginger massively reduces it, and gravol will make you wish you didn't take shrooms. So Ginger, hell ya, eat a 1cm slice of root, or drink ginger beer, w/e. Ginger is strong no matter how much you take. Also what I'm trying next, which I believe will be my new, 0% nausea method, is Ginger Tea with Shrooms, and the shroom material strained out. I'm pretty much the pickiest eater in the world, anyone who knows me can vouch, but I love the taste of mushrooms. I could eat them all day long no problem, well I'm sure there'd eventually be some problems but nothing too outta control.
The only way I can get them down, it seems, is to grind them up fine, put a bit in my mouth, take a swig and swallow. I've tried peanut butter and it still gets me. Lemon Tekking I haven't tried yet. But I plan on it. And I never get nausea. I usually like to eat around 5 grams to a quarter at once nowadays. lol. So that's a lot of powder to get down.
Ok for every 2.5 grams melt you favorite chocolate bar in a pan (dont burn in), grind your shrooms up in a coffee grinder or anything that will make it a fine powder. once the chocolate is melted dump it in a bowl and mix the mush dust in with it and pour it into an ice cube tray put in the fridge wait to cool and eat you wont even taste it
