Acid to help study?

Today I had an interesting thought. Whenever Im trippin on our good friend lucy I always love to think and read. Ofcourse only on a low dose or while coming down. Do you think taking a small dose of acid to keep you awake and focused could be used to pull an all nighter? Suppose a thesis paper or something extremely long. You would deff feel like shit after but Im just throwing new ideas out there.. (maybe they are not new!)

I would like to take 1 tab and go to class, especially physics or something, that would be an learning experience.

Well sure, if it gets you going and actually helps you learn.
I've never actually sat down and tried to do homework or read during a trip, but my mind does become open to just about anything.

 

just get aderol and use it only as a trump card (like a senior thesis)

I think LSD could work extremely well, at small doses. Of course, it depends on the person and the subject, but it COULD be very useful for some situations.

when your tripping words are just letters, you will pick up your book and look at the first page and notice the visuals and then forget what you just read, not to mention the head trip you will probably get from the pressure of trying to understand what your studying/writing..DUMB IDEA

It'd be interesting to give it a try on a low dose, or towards the end of a trip, but don't try it when you actually HAVE to get stuff done. Far too risky. There'd be much better drugs for this, anyway. I should try to write an essay on acid sometime.

 

Well I just thought about it, so stop acting like I'm an idiot!..... and @ Life subliminal dream, I always read coming down from cid and I retain the what I read great. Imagine reading and then seeing what you just read play out when you close your eyes! Its like a book and a movie in one! But thats just me, and I get some quality product. What you describes is more like shrooms for me, but we all are different.

 

Do you object to taking stmulants? It seems you are trying to get that lucid mind of low dose LSD. Well like someone else mentioned something like adderall will work really well and its actually been scientifically proven to improve graduate student's test scores slightly. I've wrote a 15 page paper in a night on crystal meth before and got an A. Amphetamines allow very lucid thought and while they dont alter your perception necessarily in the same way as LSD, thoughts tend to flow and come to you alot quicker, and its a much more focused high.

 

If you did learn something you'd probably only remember parts of it after the LSD is over.

 

i've done this before. Personally it didn't work so well for me. But i've never been really dedicated to studying anyway. I remember being really interested in what i was reading but i didn't remember any of it the next day.

what you need to do is take a philosophy class and drop acid for that. Now that is fun as hell. Not studying, but actually going to class.
