hey just thought i'd share that ive always hated listning to music when im reading or just genrally trying to concentrate but since delving into the world of ambient trance its actually something i enjoy now, i would still find music with lyrics irratating but ambient trance is superb, i even think it helps concentration, ive been listning to Aes Dana alot today and really glad i discovered them :)

Totally man, it can provide pace, background or just make me more chilled. Music has been shown to improve concentration I believe :) Any suggestions?

I would also like some suggestions/a list of ambient trance. I have to read way too much for college, and a lot of the material is extremely dense (i.e. lyrics make it difficult).

I can't concentrate on reading with any kind of music, instrumental or ambient/lounge music is generally slightly less distracting.
