caught a guy jacking off to kids at swimming pool.. WTF is wrong with people?

I went to a swimming pool today and went to go into the sauna and i saw a guy in there facing away from me with his right arm furiously shaking.. so i walk in there and he gives me a creepy fucking look and i look down to see a lump in his shorts.. outside the window were 3 8-12 year old girls leaning against the window talking.. the guy looked at me again and walked out to the washrooms..


from the looks of it he was wacking it right 2 inches behind a little girl's ass... man

Not that im doubting yo or nuffin, just 340am and I aint go nuffin better to do, than investigate the troublesome matter for your..

 

it was kinda like a glass sauna. it had 2 benches on top of each other facing windows about 2 feet off the ground, where you look out to the hot tub

the windows were pretty steamy with condensation and the girls were leaning on them because they were warm i guess

 

sorry for double post.. i clicked on edit but it wouldnt let me edit. i didnt report it because if i did, the people that run the place cant really detain him, they can call the cops but he could leave of his own accord.

these young kids, like what were they wearing anything you would say provocative?, like regular swim wear, or something distasteful.. double piece swim wear, and so were these kids would you say cute, pretty, regular or nothing at all attractive about them?..
tis not for being funny, i just wanna profile it a bit.. like why would they go out there way asking to be caught..what was so luring?
