I am one with all that is

I am one with all that is human

And my humanity is slipping away

Law built upon centuries of conceptual male thought

A ball of yarn, tangled, I suffocate

Corporate control is in my face

Ready at any instant, to pull the trigger and misplace this hate

The love I feel is real

We are but machines and the year is 1984

We are but machines, we’ve been here before

The taste of love and passion for life

The smell of harmony and all that is right

I am but a machine, working happily away

The law, built up and built up over centuries

    New discoveries

    Same laws

    Same concepts

Same makers making me make nothing

I am one with all that is human

And my humanity is slipping away

Raped forests, the smell of a dead carcus laying on the side of the road

Paved for me to make makers that make me nothing all my life

    Keep making

    Keep gaining

    You don’t have enough

    You won’t ever have enough

    Just one more step

    One more promotion

One more pat on the back

    One more day

    One more year

Until it all fades to black

I am one with all that is human

And my humanity is slipping away

I am one with all that is

    And I will live again . . .

Wow. I really liked this. "you are one that with all that is human" It explains exactly how we are pointless and drive on our sick, weak feelings..too consumed by the way things are and have always have been. We're don't know real change. We have the power...but we choose to not use that power.. we use others like "world power", "power over cities and states and countries." "power over media." "people..." The luxouries of fine wines and paved roads. I don't need their cars, their clothes their money, their food, I don'tneed their roads, or airplanes. I could just sit right here forever and knit myself a blanket made of the cotton and twigs I picked, eating the fruits and vegatables and flowers....bathing in a lake. I'd be living..and that's all that I would be doing.. just living with pure thoughts.

This was really good, I like what drives you, keep letting it.:)
