i know its not the deepest of confessions. BUT its horrible for me. i believe in good health but when im high i go berserk eating and feel like crap after wards, then it takes me a few days to get back to my lifestyles until i get high again. its really somthing i want to change as soon as possible
Then stop eating so much junkfood when you're high. the weed can't make you do or eat anything you don't really want to. It's just an excuse. Use your willpower and overcome your weaknesses. This is what we're here for brother/sister.
For most urban living people anything more than 30 minutes into the outdoors ends right back at a 7-11 or walmart.
Yeah, just don't keep it around - you're in a funk but it's not hard to break, you just have to try. Drink some good coffee and find shit to keep yourself occupied. Oranges, peaches, strawberries, any tasty fruit can be just as good as junk when you're munching. I swear I broke the munchie/lazy cycle just by being high at work all the time at a physically demanding and fast-paced work environment where we didn't get a meal time for 9+ hours. Now I can't eat a thing or sit still 'till I'm good and burnt out for the day.
i love cooking when im high. i get all creative then a song plays and i go back to play it again, then i take a piss and now the pizza is burnt.
prepare healthy things before you toke so when the munchies set in you have delicious healthy snacks. like fruit salad.
