I truly love playing rock, with my 2 band buddies. Getting my '96 PRS out of its case, and smelling all the memories it contains from over 500 gigs (I've done lots more pre 96). Beer, cigarette (and other ) smoke....it's just so evocative. Then, standing at the microphone, playing my all-time favourite band song (Sweet Home Alabama, of course) and watching people from 16 to 60 dance and sing to it. And they all know the words! Music is life. Playing live music is life squared.
