Summer slaughter 2010

SON OF A BITCH I WAS ALMOST DONE THE THREAD AND MY INTERNET CLOSED FOR NO REASON.

Okay, I'm too pissed to write what I wrote the first time so I'll sum it up.

Decapitated - Sick, I went for them mostly.

Vital Remains - Also sick, they were the other reason I went.

Animals As Leaders - Least cheers I've ever heard. You could hear people sneeze when they ended they're songs.

The Faceless - Not as bad as I thought but still not that great.

Decrepit Birth - Didn't know much about them but the name was sick so I gave them a chance.. I actually liked them, they're going on my ipod.

I basically just got high and talked with people outside for the other bands.

Oh yeah, I got a Decapitated shirt, some free posters and stickers, and I found a Winds Of Creation CD on the ground (Decapitated).

No, it was not.

 

so AAL sucked why?

 

It's not that they were really bad, it was definitely the most technical shit there. They just stuck out from all the other bands and unless your a musician it's really hard to respect that kind of music because it's all over the place.

 

no offense but I'll never go to a str8 up death metal line up bcuz it WILL get boring fast......dont understand whats wrong with stick out?

 

animals as leaders is awesome {if your into tech/progressive}, look up wave of babies on youtube. He's going to be touring with dredg this fall. Decrepit Births new album is really good. I like faceless, but the songs are way to short. Theyre first album was better.

 

I went to this show in Massachusetts, and it was by far the best show I've been to in a while. The only band I missed was Vital Remains which I'm pretty fucking pissed about, but every other band was really fucking good. Maybe except for like Carnifex, but that was really a great line up. Veil of Maya was probably the best.

 

Same here, I need some variety. Sucks AAL didn't get cheers, I would have if I was there.
