Benzos + Codeine, is my level safe?

Hey everyone,

My goal is not to have a "mind trip" but I've been taking benzos (Clonazepam) for now 11 years and yesterday I got tablets (8 mg of Codeine Phosphate mixed with 15 mg of Caffeine and Acetaminophen for toothache actually) and I've read that it could be potentially dangerous. My concern is: am I in the doses to be concerned about? I now take 1mg of Clonazepam (Benzo), I also take Paxil (Paroxetine) 30mg, not that the Paroxetine is an issue I think, I'm more concerned about the codeine + clonazepam.

So, I'm repeating myself quite alot, sorry, I'm just feeling a bit fucked up, and maybe I should have spared my morning coffee because maybe what I'm feeling is just a caffeine rush mixed with all this, but to get down to the point, is 1mg of Rivotril (Clonazepam) + a tablet for toothache containing 8mg of Codeine dangerous? The bottle says I can take them (codeine) every 4 hours or so.

8mg codeine tablets are OTC. They are not dangerous and getting high off them requires quite a few and a CWE. I regularly take 2 or 3mg clonazepam and the equivalent of maybe 40 of those 222's (the codeine tablets with 8mg codeine sulphate, 325 apap and 15mg caffeine), or t1's they can be called.

 

I wouldn't say the combination is absolutely safe but at your level it certaintly is safe.

 

Thanks, I've been frettin' over it all day and didn't dare take my other dose yet (now I will). Damn, 40 of those! I used to go higher on Benzos alone, like 3-4mg daily but weened down to 1, anyhow.. thanks for reassuring me. By the way I live right next to Montreal (Laval), small world.

i term these drugs "bad drugs" for a few reasons, im biast though i admit my experience with benzos and opiates led me down some bad roads which i dont care to back down. It hasnt actually been so long since i last used benzos but alot of personal experiences these last few months has woken me up to the dangers of these drugs. Anyway there addictive and generally bad for your health though i respect you get them prescribed for good reasons probably but my thoughts when i hear about these now are simply "avoid"

 

well you should come down to the tams then - i suppose if youre a drug abuser, its unlikely you dont know what im talking about - many a synthetic chemical to be ingested and a synthetic music to be mixed
