My mother got into a crash yesterday when some teenager decides that stop signs are void for the day. police report states the girl is at fault and everything is fine in stating she was in the wrong. Today i find out she doesn't have insurance. Why the fuck is she driving if she doesn't have insurance? Needless to say, my family doesn't reside in hollywood with all the other financially stable estates and our vehicle is fucked. what do we do?
contact your insurance co, do you have full coverage, and your deductible? .. you can sue them for the cost of your damages, not saying they will pay it, even if judge judy orders it.. if your car is totaled and covered, your Insurance should get you a rent a car til you can get a new one.. its best to have more than one car in your family, even if one isnt on the road, you can fall back on another car when the other is damaged..
