in 3 hours, i will be starting my first dayy of work!

my dreads are probably 1-2 months old.

i need my hair to look neat though, im thinking adding aloe, not wax, because wax is the devil.

    agree/better idea?

I'd say lick both hands, tie em back and play nice.

That's just me. I couldn't be bothered to keep puttin shit in my hair to make it look nice. That's the whole reason there is knots in my hair right now.

But if you feel it's necessary, aloe up. And when people ask you what you put in your hair, lie and say egg yoke.

You could I guess. What about a headband to keep them back and out of your face?

What type of job is it? Food service, retail....?

Headband. Rip a sleeve off of an old tshirt and tear it down till it's not too wide if you don't want to go buy one. A headband looks more neat than a bandana.

Although actually a wide headband wouldn't be too bad because then it's almost like you're tying it back. If your job is going to be like any gas station cashier that I've seen you're going to be handling food so you want it neat and kinda up and away.

I think this is the part where your initiative is tested.

I know how it feels, sometimes, I have to take £3 out of the till without authorisation, to go buy cordial when we run out.

having a problem with this myself... wore it in a nice bun the first day, head chef told me to bring a bandana.. did that second day... other cook told me that one of the managers probably wouldn't let a bandana fly, but the head chef was okay with it... balls.. on my face...

Pandy, I would suggest trying the t-shirt sleeve headband, just don't take it from a white t-shirt or it will be obvious, black is better.
