I know it is important if it is bold and underlined, I am just saying that if the camera's are there, and you don't want to be on tape... leaving the room bar/club or wherever isn't too difficult for anyone.

Why should a person have to leave if someone decides to film. I was always told in America if a person doesn't consent to being in a video or in a photo that you weren't allowed to even take the photo. People have to freedom to be where they want to be and that freedom shouldn't be taken away when someone decides to start filming.

Its not about that, 6 years later she like pres of the PTA, 8 seater van, pearl bracelets and a broach, if Vanity Fair did a shoot on Best Mums she should be in it type attitude.

The other moms hear about Girls Gone Screechy, then as far as they are concerned she might as well just buy a trailer and be done with it, her little world is over.

And if on the video she still thinksshe looks in the training bra stage, then theres that embarrassment

And worrying about other people seeing it also includes her kids friends when they hit teens

Her anger is unlikely to be foremost about privacy or half the country with the boxers around the ankles in front of their laptops

Still BBAD is right 20 mill says greed not principle

How come she didn't didn't try to file charges against the women that pulled up her top? Isn't that some kind of sexual harrassment? That girl who had her top pulled up could of became insanely mad at the other girl, could of turned around and smacked her, or charged her, and/or protested to the camera right on the spot for being taped. What she most likely did when her top was pulled up was giggled, laughed, danced around, bounced her titties up and down for the camera and continued to party. It wouldn't be in Girls Gone Wild if that wasn't the case. Therefore she was obviously ok with it when it happened, and consequently her foolish behaviour was caught on video. It was her own fault.

However I still think that written consent is required. She got screwed over in that aspect.

This is a fucking no brainer. If She didn't sign a release prior, the production company has no right to use her image in the video.

However, Laws covering the use of images of individuals frequently differ based on jurisdiction - from country to country and state to state. While there is no absolute rule of law you must follow, there is one absolute rule of thumb:
If you plan to use a person's image for commercial purposes, you need to get a signed video release form from that individual.
There are some exceptions to this rule. For example, if you shoot a crowd scene of people in a public area, you generally do not need a video release form from every person in the crowd. By being in a public area, we all give up our 'reasonable expectation of privacy.'
However, this does not mean you can go out and shoot images of identifiable people in public, and then sell those images for commercial use. If you do, this could be considered an invasion of privacy (in some states), and you could be opening yourself up to an expensive lawsuit. ;)

oh please she is just outraged because she got caught being a party girl

how does she explain to her husband.. Gee I told you when you married me we were both virgins and I was fresh from the convent... but um now there is video of my being wild oops

if she was that concerned she should not have been at the party in the beginning... the GGW crew makes it very clear that they are filming in a location

People have a right to go where they please without having to worry about winding up on a porno.

This is just a western rehash of Islamic Sharia law in Saudi Arabia, "Your honor, if she didn't want to be raped she shouldn't have been out in public, she knew full well there were men out there who would have sinful thoughts at her presence."

You say yourself though "By being in a public area, we all give up our 'reasonable expectation of privacy.' "

The argument is whether or not she consented by going to the bar/staying there.

But I still say I'd have to see video clip to properly judge.

Yes it is an outrage...but if a GGW film crew showed up at a bar I was at I do not think I would start dancing in front of the cameras! If she signed no papers releasing the use of the images that is not legal. Still, what did she expect? Lets not talk about this woman like she was sitting at the bar quietly enjoying a cocktail and someone came up and ripped her shirt off! She was dancing suggestively for the FREAKIN' GGW CAMERA MAN!!!

She has every right to sue them for using her image without her consent, but I think she is just pissed she got busted acting like a slut, and saw a opportunity to profit from her behavior.

Well one would think if your tits being bandied about bothered you, you might say/do something in precautionary attempt to never have it released right back when being exposed, .... not wait years and then ask for such an excessive amount that you just look like a greedy bitch.

That said tho, the onus should not be on this woman to ensure the GGW production company get releases, ... they simply should not release her semi naked image without her consent - end of story. And, no, being in a bar, film crew or not, dancing or not, in no way implies you are ok with having your tits exposed, filmed, and distributed, or that you should expect that as a reasonable consequence of going out to socialize. That is bullshit!

comes with the territory. She knew where she was, though is is wrong she has no leg to stand on. If you fear you MAY end up on a porno, do not go to a porno party.

She shouldn't get her knickers in a twist, she'll be accusing someone of rape for it.

Attention girls, if you want to make sure you never wind up in porn, never go to the beach, a bar, a club, ect where film makers may be at work. Basically don't go into public.
