Unfortunately, I do know that people like this exist. I've met a few kids at the military academies and they tend to think this way. (I was born to do this, I've wanted this all my life, I'm going to fight for my country, I'm a badass, etc). Maybe he is a troll though. We can only hope.

 

im not a troll... i dont think getting shot is glorious but i would like to be in a position where i hold the enemy off single handed while my men fall back. i know this most likely wont happen but id like to die that way, im terrified of old age. i know this is random but i dont want to make a whole thread for it. im on this new drug for adhd called vyvanse, its an amphetamine would that effct acid at all?

I wouldn't be too worried about the vyvanse. If you're on it regularly, you won't notice a difference.

 

Seeing as you have never taken LSD before, taking it while not on any other drugs would be a good idea. The pure LSD experience is a pharmalogical miracle, to good to be diluted even slightly by something like vyvanse.

yea man, war isn't romantic. war is terrible. war ruins lives, kills millions, and brings destruction.

why not just do something that isn't so harmful. if you think that bringing destruction in response to destruction is going to help then you are only caught in illusion. once you pick up weapons to defend yourself you are only causing degredation. a civilization is not destroyed from without until it has destroyed itself from within. there are myriad ways to improve humanity, war is not one of them.

The problem with war is that it IS too romantic. It's illogical.
It's romanticized to such an extent that said romanticism plays a factor in people wanting it's existence.
