Favorite Kind of Cheese?

    Nothing. I just didn't want everyone to think that my specific favorite cheese is in fact purely Amish made (churned and homemade). I never had Amish cheese but I bet its fantastic. Homemade foods always are :p

    Indeed. I'm mostly sure there's a few Amish people as we speak trying to plug their computer into a horses arse.

    They haven't found there way to this website, yet :rolleyes:

    Muenster. I got a whole wheel of Muenster once as a gift. I was in cheese heaven. I think I had cheese and cucumbers and crackers for every meal for a month. lol

    So am I the only one who likes some good chevre?
    If anyone has access to Haystack Mountain Goats Cheese you have to check it out, they have a really interesting variety. If you don't like goats cheese this will change your mind. Their kind of a local company and I don't know how far away they distribute.
