thats what my friend thinks. he just called me pathetic for want to try acid and other phsycedelics. opinions?
Experimenting with psychedelics can be very dangerous. If you do wish to experiment with psychedelics you should wait until you have graduated college. The reason for this is that if you experiment earlier you might make some bad decisions with regards to education. LSD makes everything seem absurd and so some people who do lsd before graduating end up becoming drop outs and having to worlk really hard for only a little amount of money. Its good to get an education so you dont have to put a lot of effort into making money and you can survive without having to struggle a lot. Psychedelics in general are not things to be messed around with, they are very very powerful substances and ones safest bet is to avoid using them because sometimes people go on bad trips and end up in mental institutions. But if someone does use them they should treat them with a great deal of respect and not use them often. Its also important to make sure one is in a safe place when one uses a psychedelic and not in a public area. But in general people who do wish to experiment with psychedelics shouldnt try a psychedelic until after graduating college.
... im not going to college. i do respect phsychedelics. you dont go insane just because you have a bad trip. good lessons can be obtained from bad trips. phsychedelics dont make your thinking "rash" they broaden your mind. but you know what your right i guess ill go snort an 8 ball of cocain, shoot up heroin and smoke some meth thanks for the advice
nah its just got my panties in a bunch. he think theyre pathetic because he thinks i want to do them to get high and that im throwing my life away. but the strangest thing is that he is my only good friend that does drugs infact he bought me my first bowl of weed
Well don't listen to him then. Do research. Look up LSD on the Erowid website. Watch the documentaries "LSD: The Beyond Within" and "Inside LSD". In fact, they're both on YouTube. Besides the use of words like "hallucinogens" instead of "psychedelics", and a basis that LSD ONLY cause hallucinations, which isn't true, you'll find amazing information on the Internet. It's said to be less toxic than even Vitamin C, so you have nothing to worry about physical effects. Stuff like caffeine is a lot more dangerous physically. Mentally, spiritually and emotionally: Mindset and setting That's my concise advice.
something like that happened with a good friend of mine he was staying with me for a couple of weeks and didn't tell anyone where he was, and when he told his best friend he goes 'oh what? how many more hits are you going to take?" and my friend goes "what?" and he goes "how much more acid? you are going to throw your life away" lolllll thinking about it makes me -ha-ha- some people just don't know. and they wont. they don't know about a lot. and most wont. not everyone is meant to
Put about 500 mics of white fluff in your friend's drink. Or make a pizza for you and your friend and throw in about 1/4th of really potent shrooms. ..maybe he'll change his mind about psychedelics.
Maybe your friend should get a quick LSD 101 course before he actually has an opinion on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zzq_sBsjbAU"]YouTube- LSD - The Beyond Within [Part 1 of 9]
scatter his flayed flesh and burnt bones across his family's corpses, that all may tremble and despair at our dark queen lucyfer
Just laugh it off, it's really no big deal, and should be expected when the topic comes up around the majority of people. Most people have a very wrong idea of what lsd is, and he's probably mostly worried about you. Read up on it, know your shit (the good and the bad), and also don't preach or try to "convert" people either, actions speak louder than words. A lot of my friends began asking me about psychedelics once they saw what a positive effect it can have on your life, and that it doesn't have to completely change you or control you or serve as a crutch... if used responsibly. One tip if the topic comes up around people who are ignorant of the facts or are just plain against its use: refer to it as lsd rather than acid. Acid is a pretty nasty slang word for such a beautiful chemical, and it may help perpetuate the stereotypes and preconceived notions a person has about it.
three things: 1. mr writer i love that picture i stared at it for atleast a 2 mins 2. ive done quite a bit of reasearch on lsd and no alot but im no expert and there is always room for growth 3. it doesnt matter what he thinks im just confused because he introduced me to drugs
LSD is pathetic, it's capable of causing empathetic feelings in others. Your friend was right. And since he said you are pathetic, that means he is having empathetic feelings for you. It means he cares. Hug it out, tell him you care about him too, and educate him. Print out some studies.
10$ says he doesn't turn down a line of cocaine when it's first offered to him, but recoils in disgust at the thought of doing "disgusting acid" it's the way it goes yeah my sig is "fractal cheetah"
