Anyone following season 3?

I just watched episode 5, fucking hell this show is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!

This is the best season yet.

Really? Best season yet? I don't like it all that much this season, honestly. Especially not compared to the books. I love the show, though. Ball is just being a little weird about it all.

Yeah I think so, it's funneh. I thought epsiode 5 was a bit cheesey though in parts. I guess probably you can't beat season 2 though really...

And yeah it's totally gay as fuck, Ball has really camped it up this season.

Anyone know what the difference is between a shifter and a werewolf?

I totally love the wolf bar in it, very 80's, which makes it all even more gay haha

 

Werewolves are the strongest of the shifters, and of course they are only able to turn into wolves.

As for season 3, I'm enjoying it so far will be interesting to see how Eric and Sookie relationship evolves and the same with Sam and his brother.

 

They're not really werewolves though are they? They don't need the full moon and all that. Still cool as fuck though.

 

Well, as far as the books go, Sookie should totally be feeling Eric a lot more than she is now and they eventually get it on. Alan Ball has said that Bill/Sookie is going to be the heart of the show, though.

What can I say? I like Vikings.

I'm kind of bored with the whole Bill/Sookie story as well. But there's plenty more to the show to keep me interested.

 

Sookie's been getting on my nerves this season. I'm enjoying crazy ass Franklin, though. "Tara, look how fast I can type motherfucker"

 

That shit cracked me up. Franklin is a fucking nut.

 

I am also really glad Ball kept Lafayette around instead of killing him off. I think he's a wonderful character. Plus, his AIDS burger scene is still the funniest thing I've EVER seen.

 

Franklin is cool as fuck. So is the King Russell and Talbot.

Sookie has always irritated me slightly. I don't understand why Eric and Bill are so obsessed with her, I guess she was the prettiest actress they could find for the part. I preferred her when she was in The Piano LOL

I wouldn't have give that Lenora one, or whatever she is called. I think Bill and Eric are both closet homosexuals.

 

It's boring when it isn't funny, so I usually half-watch it/half-read or play DS.

I don't have HBO, so I end up going over to my neighbors every Sunday to watch the new episode.

I never really kept up w/ the show prior to this season, so I get lost on certain spots still. As for the show this season, it makes me wanna go back and watch the first 2 seasons.
