No matter how many times I watch E.T. , Big Fish and Beaches I cry every time. I'm sure there are more but those are the three that came to mind right away.
This first and only time I've cried in a movie, was when I first saw 1989 Batman. The part where Joker puts on the glasses, cause Bats would never hit a guy with glasses..... and he snuffs him anyway!! I was 9, and I'd only had my glasses for a couple years; it felt like my hero was hitting me too, I cried for like 20 minutes
Since Avatar has been re-released with 8 minutes of additional footage, I must say that the ending has now turned from somewhat happy to bittersweet, with bitter being the stronger taste to it... watching Tsu'tey dying (or rather, him being mercy-killed by Jake) is a scene guaranteed to make tears fall in abundance. Another very emotional movie I came to watch yesterday is The Cove - it's not so much weeping just about the fate of the dolphins in Taiji, Japan (which is heart-breaking to watch, especially seeing activists and sympathizers weep on camera, too, watching the killings, including Hollywood star Hayden Panettiere), but rather weeping over the foolishness of parts of humanity in the so-called civilized world. This is a video the mourning ceremony held by pro-surfer Dave Rastovich together with other pro-surfers and celebrities in Taiji, part of which was also featured in The Cove: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-Pfk0XFSfQ"]YouTube - Dolphin Ceremony in Taiji Japan Wiggling bare toes, ~*Ganesha*~

I'm a pretty tough nut, but when the girl in Bridge to Terabithia died, I was choked up as all heck. I was on my third date with a new girlfriend, and there almost wasn't a fourth because when I found out she had read the book and knew she was going to die I got a little pissy. "you should have told me!!!" Turns out the tears were the thing that made it for me with her.
I just totally bawled my eyes out a couple of weeks ago over the same thing. I could feel with every inch of me how lonely Will Smith's character was gonna be after that. Hated it!!
