This is completely untrue. The vagina can expand to more than 7 inches when a woman is aroused, allowing room for the penis. This is why smaller men don't hit the cervix and larger men do. If it remained at 3 inches, most men would only be able to get half way in! As all sexually active females know, most can slide all the way in just fine.

Well, I guess it all depends on the female.
