no pleasure in sex with my fiance :(

My boyfriend and I have been together for three years & are engaged. I was raped when I was 11 years old, which I'm assuming is the cause of this. Whenever we have intercourse, I do not feel anything. I feels pain when he inserts his ***** but then feels nothing until he takes it out. Sometimes it hurts a little bit, but that's all I feel. It's not just that I doesn't orgasm when we have sex, it's that I doesn't feel any pleasure at all. I've had the same problem with my previous boyfriends. It's very frustrating for both of us because he wants me to get the same enjoyment he gets out of sex, if not the same then at least SOME enjoyment but we're left with me having sex just to please him. The rape doesn't really bother me. I'm pretty much come to terms with what has happened & is letting it go so it's not because I'm consistently thinking about what happened. Is this normal ? Is there anything we can do to help ? When he go down on her I get a lot of pleasure & even orgasm, but that's it. Fingering & actual intercourse does nothing, even after I go down on her. We're trapped Please help.

 

Its kind of normal not to have an orgasm through sex, but there is usually some pleasure from it. I kind of like it when it hurts a bit, like when it feels like I'm being stretched. But even if it doesn't I still get pleasure.

Are you focusing on sex itself? Like when you're having sex with him are you just thinking about what's going on or are you looking at his face? Are you excited by what his body is doing? Or do you focus on just getting it over with? What you should be doing is clearing your mind of things that don't involve sex. You two could see a sex therapist and see if that would help. But be prepared to say the word penis. Lol you don't have to censor anything around here.
