ive only tripped at one concert so far and it was phish so it was phucking amazing. but whats some of your personal favorite tripping concerts youve been to?
The Chemical Brothers on Ecstasy was hands down my favorite time 'tripping' at a concert. It was my buddies first roll and The Chemical Brothers just owned it. Other notable events: Infected Mushroom= mushrooms Shpongle=2ci Matistahu=ecstasy I'm seeing tool on 4-aco-dmt this Thursday which should be amazing but something was in the air and music that night of The Chemical Brothers. They are touring this summer in fact I highly recommend seeing them if possible.

Hehe, this is why I stock up on acid during the summer. Love it for the shows. Take a hit and sail away into a good musical time. First show I flipped was Donna the Buffalo at Grassroots 2008. Dance tent till 5 am was the shit, met some funny strange cats for the travel. Hard to thinnk of the next... I think it may have been the prog metal band Baroness. Great energy with an intimate show. Then grassroots the following year was the first time I took a press of E at John Brown's Body, and with all the blunts we smoked during that show I kept thinking over and over I was on a different planet. Next was Widespread Panic & Allman Brothers, while my friend ate a quarter and a brownie of shrooms, assed out to the void, then woke up in freakish confusion. A good portion of the Allman Brothers I was chasing his ass around making sure he didn't do anything to get himself hurt or us in trouble. Even that part of the experience was so much fun. I think was the first show that I realized I wanted to trip at concerts no matter what. Next up I saw STS9 my first time rolling on Molly while I also took DXM pills, that was a very psychedelic and in the zone. In oct 2009 Dark Star Orchestra december 09 third time taking acid, phenomenal musically, tons of people their out of their sorts as well. People seemed very strange at that show however. Week following I trucked up to Buffalo to see Donna the Buffalo on about a 16th of good shrooms. That was one of my best nights, most spiritually triumphant or something like that. This was around a period of frequent pscilocybin and LSD use so I was living up the winter like no duh, it's always summer. In January 2010 I ate acid for my hometown dub reggae band Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, zillionth show i've been too, first on acid. They were recently broke up, not as tight as I'd like, but not a bad show. People were weird that one though. I ate some mushrooms for moe. and picked up good pressed E so I candy flipped that one. Great show, my friend got arrested, but thankfully we didn't go to the show together that time. The after trip was swell as well, I walked around in the freezing cold under the crispy clear sky blasting some epic phish feeling just fine. Also should be noted my friend once passed out next to me at a moe. show before when he was on mushies. Then in April I took some LSD again for Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, this time they got their act together fucking tight and more dub than ever. Mind blowingly euphoric show. Good vibes and intimate all around. I believe the following was me and my friends trip to Niagra Falls to see Toots and the Maytals at a Casino, an inside favorite of ours. One other friend took acid as well. It was super strange at first, very involved to find the venue within the casino, buy the tickets, and get in our seats in this extremely small but steeply seated theater. Virtually no reggae/hippie crowd, money spenders from Casino. When we first get in there I feel as though everyone is checking us out. But toots comes on and the show takes off, AND everyone in the audience was so enthused and joyed by the performance and that was so great to see. Took to see the falls afterward in their colored night shine, beautiful. June after a long ass day of hard landscaping I drop a hit pick up my friend, dose him and speed to catch the Dave Matthews Band, we get there like an hour after it started but still saw the majority of the show. The first couple songs were very good including Everyday in which a huge downpour of wind and rain swept us over while lightning in the sky. One of the most surreal times of my life. The music does not lack psychedelic attractiveness and whehter or not YOU like them, they are a good group. then after that I've been going to a bunch of smaller shows rollings. Lots of rolling and live music so far this summer. Most recently Furthur in Buffalo. I also went to Furthur in Rochester on acid, and that was way tooo fucking great to begin. And I think the fucking apex so far was LSD at Phish in Canandaigua. Wow. Notes. I drive us all to damn near every show even while I'm tripping. Driving on 1 hit is just sweet and dandy especially if you're accustomed to altered state vehicle operation. I wouldn't drive at 1 and 1/2 and up, and the larger experiences I will save for the festivals coming up.
Possible benefits of taking LSD, or any entheogen at a musical performances..... Increase in awareness of synchronicity taking place. Including making possible profound connections to strangers (Although some times the acid can take away communicative ability, but even in the extent of that state someone MAY try to engage you and will make you aware) Sensual interpretation of melody and sound through dance or meditative focus. THE BEST. Got some more?

Saw Donna the Buffalo, Rusted Root, Dark Star Orchestra, and UMPHREY'S McGEE candy flipping my ass off. We were expecting a large show cuz of all the good bands together. But it turned out to be very sparse, probably because it was out in the middle of no where, so it was very intimate. My first time seeing Umphrey's, and that was so ridiculous, and I'm hitting the road thursday to catch them again.
I like to go to shows and dose really high, like a strip. And just let loose and allow the music and the crowd to tend to my well being. Always turns out good. If the music is good, the whole scene will be good.
Anybody wanna help me find some good concerts to do drugs at around my area? I live here in the Oil Spill heartland of Gulf shores but don't know how to find out whne or where the good ones are...
ive tripped at an angels and airwaves/weezer concert... turned out to be a fucking amazing concert. good acid too. real good. ive been to one other concert on acid but i cant even think of what it is right now... a bunch of my friends went to bonnaroo this year, and say what you will about it, but they said it was a blast.
uhh gathering of the vibes last year, first real acid trip, great time saw shakedown, a dead cover band, on like 3 hits of real good cid. they raged the place. saw disco biscuts for my first candy flip tripped the first night of phish, candy flipped the second. and the summer is still young haha
The Machine (Pink Floyd Tribute Band) - 2 hits of cid, then another hit and an eighth of mushrooms after the show. Most insanely beautiful night ever. Shpongle - 2 hits of cid and some fingerprints of molly, the best fucking night ever! A new level of consciousness opened that night. I saw music! Starscape - 2 1/2 hits of cid and 4 tenths worth of molly during a 16 hour long music festival with like 30 bands. Greatest 2 days ever! Never danced that hard in my life, never seen so many awesome bands in my life, never felt so one with ten thousand people in my life. It was 10 thousand people dancing in harmony! Get funkier then James Brown himself! Rusko is the fucking man!!!
