Hey, I was told to repost this bullshit story that happened to me Friday night so more people can know about this... Hello, this is one outrageous story that happened to me Friday night around 11:30pm. Me and a friend of mine were having an iced cuppachino at Tim Hortons in Dundas Ontario. We saw two girls that we knew at the Tim Hortons also buying a drink, and we struck up a conversation about how they were doing and things like that. They then saw 3 guys they knew across the parking lot and in front of a variety store. We went over there and I met these 3 guys who were kinda drunk and a little too poser gangster for my tastes. Anyways, not 2 minutes after meeting these 3 guys, the cops pull in... There was a male cop and a female cop both in their own cars. The male cop arrived first and yelled: "Hey Fuckheads!". I didn't like this at all, so I decided to exercise my legal right to walk away and started making my way out of the parking lot towards the sidewalk. The cop then yelled "Hey Fuckhead, stop!" to me and started walking towards me. I turned around and said "This conversation is over if you're going to speak to me like that." and I continued walking away. I have a limp because I had a fractured spine last july from a car accident and I'm still not recovered yet. I was even wearing shorts and a leg brace. This didn't stop the cop, he just came up behind me, grabbed me arm, threw me down right on my back, leaving me there cringing and crying in pain. I yelled for help, but no one helped because it was the police. I told him that I had back surgery not a year ago, and he just said I was resisting, turned me over on my stomach, grabbed my arm and jabbed his knee right into the metal in my back. I was balling in pain on the ground, and he then said "GET THE FUCK UP!" and tried yanking me up but I couldn't stand I was having so much nerve pain in my injured leg and pretty sharp back pain. He also called this resisting, and he yanked me up and pushed me against a police car. Then, he walked far away and refused to come back over, and this lady cop talked to me. She wouldn't let me say anything without her saying "STOP YELLING" even when I wasn't yelling. I gave her my ID, then asked for the man cop's badge number, but she wouldn't give it to me, all she would say is "STOP YELLING" or "I CAN HEAR YOU KNOW" and "IM REPORTING THIS BAD BEHAVIOR". She also said it was my fault entirely for what happened and that I shouldn't speak to criminals. It turns out they were there because one of the kids I had met not a moment ago smashed a car window. I didn't even match the description of the kid, and the bastard got away while I was subjected to this police brutality! The lady and the man cop lingered around for about an hour questioning people and they said I did absolutely nothing. Then they tried to see if I had been drinking, and when that didn't work they tried to get me mad for a reason to arrest me. I was eventually let go in extreme pain, and I visited the hospital that night. Thankfully, none of the metal in my back is off, but now it's Sunday morning and I'm still in very bad pain and the percosets I got from emerge only do so much. I have already filed an official complaint, and I get to meet with a staff sergent on Monday. I just wanted people to hear about this bullshit first hand because these cops deserve to go down. I'm not too worried if they'll actually get in trouble or not though, many people witnessed this due to my cries for help, and even a seperate party of witnesses in a car that drove by called me up later and said they saw the whole thing, not to mention theres a security camera facing right where it happend from the variety store! Thanks for reading, Colin
Damn, that's shitty. Fuckin bitch-ass cops. I keep hearing that the cops aren't like that in Canada, but I guess police harrassment/assault is pretty universal. Good luck in making sure that they get punished for that shit.
im curious, going through some your past postings,, you say a few times "almost busted" here and there,.. just wondering, do you always put yourself in places where there is a strong presence of police?..
No, the cops in my town are crazy dude. Like they harass kids all the time for doing literally nothing. I have made stupid calls in the past, but really, the cops are out to get the easiest people to make up the law to (younger people). You see they are stuck in a small town with pretty much no major crimes, and they have nothing better to do than to do things such as this. I believe this was the same cop that lied on the police report in an earlier "busted" story I had.
Law enforcement tends to attract folks given to power trips and look at the badge as a license to bully.
It's unfair to make such a horribly broad generalization like that. And it's not cool to post shit like that especially considering it was a month ago and at least according to their report was totally unnecessary. You might've had a couple of bad experiences with a couple of bad people but you should look at those experiences as bad people not bad cops.
nah dude. fuck the police. if they are good people or not, the police are a fucked up organization. fuck em all
Dude....it's a fuckin joke. haha I don't like most of the cops I've come into contact with, though I have met a few good ones who're actually trying to help people. In any case, it sucks when they die, unless they actually deserve it(some do). The fact that I chose to joke about it doesn't change anything, and neither does getting pissed off about said joke. Lighten up, brosephine.
Also, regarding the bolded part, the "some" I am referring to are cops like the ones in the OP of this thread. THOSE cops deserve very slow, painful deaths.
I'm not emotionally invested in this at all I wouldn't call it pissed...And it's not like i'm the only one who didn't pick up on your crazy subtle jokes. But yeah I guess what got a response from me was the nature of that guys death and the fact that it was kind of recent.
