why, does any body have any knowledge of so lightnin hopkins tabs or do you need specil software what about big bill broonzy or some fuller mctell or is that just too far back if you do and your hiding them or sumthing trust my good charter and typagraffigal intermisson i got the blues i jsut want more technique since i was molested as a child i think i have that right ive been playing blues ever since i lived near a couple train tracks in alabama please help a brother out thanks no judgy please
when i play lightnin hopkins I tune to open Emajor and then knock the headstock so a couple strings go a little out of tune.... then I use an open hand picking technique and try to fight the urge to retune! Big Bill is a little more shuffle and active, and often in a more standard tuning! I dont use tabs for blues much, trust your ear and play what feels right.
