Rude ass bank customer service reps

I fucking hate banks and their stupid employees

They are set up to collect fees, bitches. I called just to see if I could get a refund on an overdraft fee for a $3.15 overdraft. I understand their logic but thought it was worth a shot. Guy says he can't, and I'm cool with that so I said ok and asked him a question about how things are processed so I could understand in the future. then he brings up a MAJOR issue I had with the bank 8 months ago where the fees were refunded because they fucked up and says that I was refunded money then when the bank made no error. That just pissed me off. Dude, that has nothing to do with now and the bank was in error, that's why is was refunded. I just hung up.

long story short, i'm switching banks. BofA sucks gorilla armpit

 

Banks in the USA to suck. The only possible exception is Exectutive or Corporate banks. There the employees are told to kiss the customers ass.

I only have one bank account in the USA.

I dumped BofA years ago for that same reason you state. Poor customer service.
