Ok this thread is dedicated to those flaws that you notice in Movies. What inspred me to start this was a scene in Old School. At the start of the Mitchapalooza scenes, they focus on a flyer posted on a tree that clearly stated the event was on Thursday. But When Frank the tank was describing his big tomorrow with the wife, he said it was: I know, why do I care, but I noticed it.
What really annoyed the shit out of me was how fast Happy and that other lady fell in love in Happy Gilmore. I don't know why, and I never noticed it til I watched it a couple days ago, but that was a real bummer for me.
yup. me too. I annoy my friends to the point that I am teased about a movie before it even starts because we have watched it before and i have commented on a discrepancy.
I feel ashamed saying I saw this movie but "A Walk To Remember" annoyed the hell out of me. It was a chic flick which just turned me off in the first place but thats not the point. The kid barely knows the girl and is like "I love you" on the first date. It was so corny it went from the usually sappy story of a chic flick into a corner badly written movie.
this is actually from tv but... in Gilmore Girls (my mom and sister watch it) it will focus on the lives of both the mom and daughter but the time is not consistent like, (this actually happened) they were together in the beggining then, one day passed in the episode for the mom but a whole week passed for the daughter and at the end of the episode they were talking on the phone
I always go to www.moviemistakes.com to check out the many many errors and mistakes in my favorite movies that i wouldn't have noticed. Some movies only have a few, but others have like, 40 pages of errors listed!
Star Wars In one of the new scenes of A New Hope Han talks to Jabba, but in Return of the Jedi Jabba needs a translator to understand Luke.
The Godfather. As the Godfather was walking Johnny Fontaine out of his office, he open the door. Just as they open the door, one of the extras, in the hallway, steps into the frame - looks directly into the camera, and takes a couple of steps backwards retreating out of the frame. Frances Coppola didn't notice this until long after the film had been released.
In Boomerang, the scene where Eddie Murphy checks Robin Givens feet to see if they are pretty when the shot is up at their heads, Robin is laying on her stomach. when they cut to her feet, both feet are side by side, toes straight up like she is on her back. they cut back and forth between these conflicting images about 3 times Its annoyed me since I was a kid
Star Wars: a new hope: In the bar, when the alien thingie's arm gets cut off by the lightsaber, there is a little bit of blood visible. However, at some point (can't remember which movie it was), they say that the lightsaber is so hot it will reseal your veins and there will be no blood... It's a great pumpkin Charlie Brown: Completely unintentional, I think, but if you mute it and listen to The Downward Spiral by N.I.N., they sync up surprisingly well. Listening to Linus tell Lucy that he wants to fuck her like an animal (It was in perfect sync when I tried it) is always amusing.
i think "league of extraordinary gentlemen" is crap and full of flaws. a crap story, and you can see the strings pulling the table in the bit when the bomb goes off in the submarine tom hanks had a poor dialogue in the beginning of "road to perdition" matrix revolutions is a flaw in itself, the end is just dumb. it gets all dragonball z with neo and smith
