I've done mushrooms maybe about 15 times or so, and I've heard that dogs get high just by being around. Like they can sense it or something (Dogs have that crazy 6th sense thing goin on). Now, about 6 months ago I came home tripping balls on mushrooms and my dog just booked it away from me with his ears back, and he is the last dog to do something like that. But even weirder, around a month ago me and my friends came home tripping and we decided to pet the dog, and about thirty seconds later, my dog starts shaking intensely, with his teeth chattering. and then right afterwards starts humping his dog bed like no other, just goin' to town on this thing. Now he isnt the kind of dog to hump anything, he's neudered. And then right after he finishes humping his dog bed, he starts licking his hard dick like some form of masturbation. So I nudge him with my foot to get him to stop and he tries to chomp me. I'm just wondering if anybody has had the same experience. Please post.
Definitely not, man. I'm a lot smarter than that, my dog has pancreaitus (sp?), so I can't feed him anything besides his medicinal dog food. It was just the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me.
ive heard about pets sensing that you are tripping. i bet that i'd freak my dog out if i was tripping too, though
damn... you tell him! never heard of this, but dogs are GREAT trip buddies! they just radiate good vibes, and you don't even have to dose them, you can just feed/walk/take care of them and they love you!
You know about dogs man? They reflect their owners completely. When you are tripping, your dog is definately not the same as it would be when its sober. My cat acts totally differant when Im tripping.
Deer try to attack me when I trip in the park. They stare me down then try to chase me away when they come near. yeah man, I think some animals can sense that shit.
It's definitely only when tripping!! My quad stalled out in the middle of the woods yesterday and I almost panicked bc there were deer all around and I couldn't get it started again... then I realized they didn't give a shit, as not one of them bothered to take a second glance. Also, I was about 10yds away from someone's non-fenced back yard and their unchained lazy dogs barely lifted their heads to see what was going on... Maybe it's just the park... or maybe it's you.
There's been another time where the geese were doing crazy shit with their heads that i've also never seen before, and they were being super weary of us and looking at us all the time even when we were sitting down.
I've gotten a contact high from my dogs when they start barking in the quiet of the night. Raise me right out of bed.
Dogs can definitely tell when you're tripping. That doesn't mean they get a "contact high" though. That's just retarded. It definitely changes their mood though. I was dogsitting while on 63mg of 2ce, and that dog was acting HELLA strange. She was standing in one spot for an extremely long time, just staring at me, and she kept trying to climb under my legs for the entirety of the trip. She never normally acted like that, at all. My dog also acts very strange when I trip around him, like he's either scared or he's just picking up on the chaos that's going on in my mind. He sometimes shakes a lot and seems very skiddish. It's crazy. Another time, I walked out on the porch in the middle of the night while I was tripping, and when I got outside, there were three dogs standing on the porch. They immediately started barking like crazy. These dogs were always very scared of people, but that night, I couldn't scare them away no matter how hard I tried. It was kinda freaky, because all I could see of them was their silhouettes in the darkness, and one of them had bright red eyes; evil little ankle-biting motherfucker. I hated that dog. I think they sense the primitive nature of our thoughts/emotions while we're on psychedelics, and they react accordingly.
