Thanks. It's been like this for a few years now though. When I look there does seem to be a small cut and it never goes. Of course it gets stretched regularly when she goes to the toilet which could be keeping it just ticking over like that. I wonder of something like that Germonlene new skin might help, seeing as it's more an external than internal problem?
