So here is my dilemma... There is this bike... it has not moved for months.. if not a good year.. i drive by it all the time.. seat is missing.. screws have rust.. chain is rusted out... and well i could probably use some of the parts on this bike.. its locked up... and part of me wants to go and take bolt cutters to it because i'm assuming its abandoned... but part of me knows.. its stealing... what would you do?
if it's rusty and has no seat, you're positive it hasn't been moved for months...I think I'd jack it. at that point it becomes a question, am I going to let this rot here and disrupt the ecosystem, or am I going to step up, do my part and steal this mothafuckin bike?
on a street sign.. in a semi well lit area.. SWIM .. tried earlier and his bolt cutters didn't "cut" it..
Thats ridiculous. Cops have better things to do than set up moral dillemas for the public so that they can make money when people fuck up. I've been seeing ads on tv about how they're cracking down on seatbelt enforcment. click it or ticket! Its about fuckin time, I remember thinking a few years ago that my grandma was a criminal who needed straightening out at the expense of your tax money. In summary, cops are way to busy catching those non-seatbelt wearing criminals that are tearing our country apart to actualy try to do anything productive. I say you go for it.
i may or may have not before work(early in the morning) took a bolt cutter to the lock..again... and may or may have not after about 2min of hardcore twisting and pulling... snapped it.. but that's just speculation.. anything could have really happened
just sayin..i saw pretty much the EXACT scenario on cops. but if one has seen the bike sitting there for several weeks or months, then..probably not
