Okay, so last Friday, I got some money, & after a very work filled & stressful week the only thing on my mind is buying some weed. When I first wake up, I go down to where I normally buy weed, & the guy mumbles some bullshit I can't understand, so I just said "fuck it" & went home. On my way, I call up my friend, & ask him if he wants to get high, so some hours later, we decide to meet each other halfway. After we get the weed, we stop in front of an abandoned house & he rolls up. As we're walking back to my house, he lights up one of the blunts, & shortly after, we hear sirens around the corner. Our first instinct is to put it out, but we couldn't, so he made sure it was concealed in his hand, & luckily, they didn't pay us any attention. We get further down the block, & we're still smoking, & the same police car rides past us right as I'm trying to get the blunt lit, but they didn't stop, look back, or anything. My friend & I just laughed it off & I just kept thinking we were lucky. If we'd had gotten caught, it'd be my friends second brush with the law regarding weed, since he tried selling it earlier on this year, & got caught with it, but got a little slap on the wrist, whereas for me it'd have been my first offense or whatever, but I told him, if we ever get caught, we're running. It's funny because in that same week we were smoking with some guys, & the police turned down the block we were on, but we didn't get caught or any funny looks or anything. And you'd think they'd have smelled the weed in the air considering how fat the blunt was. Well, that's my little story. I just found it funny that I cut it close twice, & each time nothing happened, so I'm lucky for that.

Well, I'm in Detroit, so you better believe if there's a chance to bust someone on a marijuana charge they're going to do it, but I don't plan on getting caught. That's why I like to try to be alert.
man i got a 60$ ticket for smoking a joint a few months ago. but i was in a park after closing time too.
That's fairly lucky compared to what happens to most people. My friend got lucky, though, because the principal of his school claimed to be related to him, so she was a key factor in his punishment not being so severe. In the end, his mom only had to end up paying about $120. The only really bad thing about the situation is that she doesn't smoke with us as much as she did before the incident, which sucks ass, because she's hella funny, & I used to be able to go half with her on a bag, we'd chill, blaze up, & relax. That doesn't happen too much now, though.
OP, stop smoking in such sketchy places and you won't have to be so alert. your luck will not continue
The first time it happened, we were all in front of their house, so it wasn't really a sketchy place, they didn't want to smoke it in the house for whatever reason so we went outside. The other time I was walking home, & rarely do we see police around when we're walking. Seeing as I try to hide it from my mom, I figured since we had four blunts, we could smoke one on the way, & we did.
