Honestly Corpse got shit jack on Barnes! everytime I listen to Barnes live with Cannibal vs. Cannibal with corpse, I wish Barnes would be back in CC. ALso comparing the lyrics between both singers Barnes was obviously more creative and it seems like corpse would agree since he loves singing shit from Vile and back.

But the Corpse looked right at me last year and announced "This song is for the ladies. FUCKED WITH A KNIFE!!!!!"

no CC had the creative violent lyrics to back it up. I felt that Mons was actually copying them.

copying them? how so???? you're gonna have to give proof for such claims, especially when they really don't make sense

sure they had some similar lyrical ideas and overall feel (seeing as how their also from Florida) but they're very much their own band and calling them copy cats is quite insulting

Both are great, actually. I think Barnes was more impressive as a singer, though I have heard more of Fishers stuff.

Apart from his first group, after reading some of these posts I am thinking I should have already.
