what country do you live in? i dont know how coals are illegal... anywhere. you could always try to get one of the thousands of hookah sites to ship you coals. im seriously doubting they are illegal where you are, but i could be wrong.. they also sell electric heating element like coal things, cant think of the site i saw them offhand, but google it and im sure you could find them
im still really curious how she can't get coals in her country? where in the world is charcoal illegal? really confused....
