i fucking hate stupid people too... work with them everyday... REALLY stupid.. the restaurant i work at right now are owned by a couple that know NOTHING about running a restaurant or the equipment that is in it.. if there is a problem.. they need to find someone else.. not only are they the owners but feel the need to be GMs and let their fucking kids run around the restaurant all day long. one day i hope one of them runs into a knife.. or falls in a fryer.. by far the worst working environment i have ever been in:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

    I refer you back to this post;

Yes, people make mistakes... shit happens... I have few issues with that.

I have huge issues with people making mistakes and then blaming those that suffer the effect of those mistakes. Even worse is when they repeat that multiple times.

As for them getting together and talking, I hope they do talk about me... and I hope that any company that would consider what these people did in any way shape or form as reasonable thing, decides they NEVER want to do business with me.

In fact, I can't think of a single thing that would please me more about dealings I have with companies.

I've been most relieved in life to discover that I had been mistaken.

    Something really amazes me...

Some people will say things like, the state of affairs we are in today, is due to what we, the people, have accepted as being okay. It's our own fault that companies like BP are like they are, because we reward them for bad behaviour...

... and then turn around and suggest that we should reward the same type of bad behaviour if it means we can gain a little financial advantage or preserves our 'image'.

Incompetent customer service has to be the BIGGEST pain in my ass that I can ever recall

I've spent a total of about 3-4 hours on the phone already with Verizon in the past couple weeks seeing as they've now made 4 fucking human errors in their electronic record, and the supervisor was rude enough to tell me to not bother calling them again unless I had paper proof that they owed us 430$ instead of us owing them 600+

Now I have the papers I got mailed from the credit card company to prove to those fuckers, can't wait to go to the store tomorrow and scream at them to refund me.

Not to mention that I was told by the supervisor that if a phone's test strip tests positive for moisture than the warranty is voided, and then afterwards told me that his phone which works perfectly has a changed test strip and that it was due to the MOISTURE IN THE AIR

If a phone that is covered in a silicone case and is using a screen protector can get "water damage" by just being outside in someone's pocket then the device was BUILT to fail, and I shouldn't have to pay monthly for EXTRA INSURANCE on the phone to make sure that if it does get the water damage I can get a new device

Instead we had to pay full price for a new phone just 4 months after getting a fucking new one, and with buying this phone that we literally had no choice in purchasing we apparently signed a new 2-year agreement raising our early termination fees from 175 to 300$

I told both the supervisors I had conversations with to fuck themselves, and that this is a classic lemon-law situation. One told me that Verizon no longer follows that policy and I lol'd in her face and said "Oh, since when does Verizon have the ability to choose which federal laws they follow and which ones they don't".

Sorry for hijacking your thread, but GOD I fucking hate people sometimes

Well- some people have no place dealing with customers. I'd have a pretty tough time measuring my response to that myself. My response is based on my own experience that losing my cool rarely solves anything.... but isn't meant to suggest I'm immune from doing so.

I hope you have better luck with the new supplier.

No need to apologize, that's the exact same type of thing... It used to be that only big companies were like that. People would say, oh it's horrible how those big corporations are so cold and uncaring about their customers, its better to support 'mom and pop' operations... and then go shop at the big corporate store because they can save some money.

Seems it works for the big companies, these days even small mom and pop business are getting to be more and more like that...

Guess who is to blame for it?

Those who allow it to happen and continue giving those types of companies their money.

I should point out that I 100% agree that losing my cool doesn't solve anything...

But the only people it is going to offend, are those that I don't want to deal with.

If I were in the same room when you went off, I would be subject to offensive behavior regardless of being involved or not. There is a saying that as you do to the least..., sometimes there is unanticipated collateral damage.
