Yesterday I was working at a different gym location from where I normally work and this one guy came in:
"You're a new face... how do you like them nappy dreads?"
"...They're treating me well so far"
"They look good on you"
"Thanks"

I got this weird vibe that he didn't really get it, and maybe didn't understand that it's taken almost two years for my hair to look like this. That I like my dreadz goes without saying... But I'm a softy for people telling me they look good so
