We had a nice wet winter and now people with allergies have to pay. Not me, of course, being alien to this planet.
Hey Brother 2 Dogs, I am in Cool Williams this week end. So much cooler than Phoenix or Las Vegas, where I have been the last few weekends. There is a swap meet going on tomorrow, just wondering if you ever went to it? Take care, and I am sure we will be able to meet up sometime soon. Bernie PS I posted a link on my blog to your forum. I had mentioned the beauty of Arizona, but I don't have any pics. So I linked to you. Hope that is OK!?!?!
As a matter of fact I have done the Williams swapmeet many, many times. I plan on doing it in the next month. Is Clyde the "old bottle man" running it this year? If so, or you see him out there, (Old blue pick-up truck.) please tell him J.C. says Hi! Sure...no problem with the linking.
Hey Brother 2 Dogs, I don't know who is running the swap meet, but I will stop and ask around next time. I just drove by last weekend looking to see if your van was there. I am going to be there in Williams on the July 4th week end for the big parade and the BBQ cook off! I will look for you again, as well as the old blue pickup to leave your message. Take care, Bernie
sounds like you have that van hooked up! TV and accessory power system and stuff I've been living out of an old '83 Ram Charger for about 5 months now. It took getting used too at first, but I actually sort of like it now. No paying rent to some asshole, I can sleep anywhere I can find parking without hunting for a camping spot. The only thing I really miss about a house/apartment is regular access to a shower, I have to go to shelters & stuff to take one, or take a bath in a river or something. hell, part of me maybe wouldn't mind doing this for 21 years. . . but for now i'll probably settle down somewhere for the winter, and try to get a place and stuff. the nomad life is appealing, though. i just wish my rig got better gas mileage. . . a fuel-injection era cargo van w/more room and less gas usage would be ideal.
