This will be short and sweet.

Ok, so my school does random drug testing. I'm on summer break right now so I'm not too worried yet, but is there anything that can be done to beat it? I know the fact that it's random prevents the use of a lot of common methods. Could I carry anything to dilute it that wouldn't be detected in the test or something?
I'm hoping there's something that will at least give me a fighting chance.

Do you go to a private school, or play on a sports team? If not is seems ridiculous for schools to do this.

Public school, no sports. You have to agree to random drug testing just to be able to drive to school though, as opposed to riding the bus.

The best part is that my school's budget is so fucked they're firing people all over and cutting half of the optional classes, but they're still spending money on testing every person that drives to school.

My school also did this and I got tested towards the very end of the year when I took a brake luckily. However I know that a lot of people didn't get tested too, how big is your school? There's a chance you won't get tested. The testing is just going into the stall and peeing in the cup, but they also turn the water blue. I guess you could carry some water in whatever fits into your pocket without being obvious when you go get tested, pee in the cup just a little bit and pour in the water.

It's not a smart thing to do for the school since the only thing that is going to show up is weed, and so they spent money on something they already know which is that kids smoke weed.

There are about 2,000 people in my school and I personally have never been drug tested once. I know people who have been tested multiple times though, so maybe it's not really so "random" but who knows.
What you said is probably just about the only thing I can do. I'll keep a little water on me whenever I can and just hope for the best. Will they be able to tell it's diluted though?

What state do you live in. In a lot of states random drug screening is illegal. I'm in Ca. and it is illegal to conduct random screening unless a person is in a high risk type job where safety issues trump right to privaxcy or if they are acting and working for or on behalf of the federal government. Check out the laws in your state is the first thing you should do. Many places rely on your ignorance about the law when it comes to drug testing.
It is a violation of your 4th Amendment rights protecting from illegal search and seizure. This has been acknowledged by both the supreme court and Ca. state.
Know the laws for your state, be able to give a synopsis of said laws and refuse to submit and if forced threaten legal action.
Knowledge is power, lack of knowledge when it is available is just plain stupid.

Not only that but because you can test positive for marijuana use for up to 6 weeks after use, it is fucking stupid because there is no way for them to tell if you lit up that morning or two weeks ago. By virtue of that fact alone testing to try to discourage stoned driving is a waste of school funds and resources.
Don't smoke before school, which you really shouldn't do anyway and if forced to pee in a cup, say you smoked days ago late at night at home.
They would be very hardpressed to prove otherwise, unless of course you show up to school stoned, then you reap what you sow.

    learn the laws!!!
There are very strict laws governing random testing, so if the same people keep getting tested, then the school is most likely in violation of the law. If so and that can be established, you could stop the testing altogether. Guaranteed the school doesn't want a lawsuit.

Does this mean that you signed a legal document giving them permission to test based upon being able to drive to school?

If so, then you gave them permission and have waived your rights.

Take the bus again instead and your problem goes away.

yes they will be able to tell if it is diluted. they check the levels of creatinine (not creatine) and i believe one other compound that is found in urine.

also, their is a 3% false positive rate even with advanced screenings such as GCMS

you signed a paper saying they could test u so you're pretty much fucked. in any other case random drugs test should be considered an assumption of guilt and totally violate your rights.

Yea, I waived my rights when I signed the paper. If I hadn't my parents would have been extremely suspicious. They're of the "YOU HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, RIIIIGGHTT?" mentality.
