I got pulled over on April 22th, and the cop found my stash, which was about a gram. He gave me a Possession charge, and i have my pretrial court date on May 27th. I smoked last sunday and last night. i was offered to smoke tonight, and that would be it for a while. My question is, do i have to worry about a drug test on the 27th? this is my first time being caught.
Prob not, but where are you? VA for instance will stick you in a program for first time offenders where 1year of probation plus classes ='s a dropped charge. However it requires that you pass all tests and while they let you get away with low numbers for the first test, high numbers means you'll fail.
