Anyone recall a someone that lived in Indianapolis, or Martinsville, IN

My cousin has been seen since 1992. His birth name is Larry Paul Glover, and another cousin told me that at one time he was going by Rick Blake. He had a gray ponytail, and is 64 years old. Most of his life as a child he lived with his grandmother, Daisy Meyer. We don't know if he is even alive. He has been known to go out West somewhere in California up in the mountains. Having Meyer Family Reunion on July 24th in Indianapolis area. Would like to see if we could locate him or if anyone has heard of him.
I'm his oldest cousin.
