So, hypothetically, if I were to be taking some brownies through in the next few days, how are my chances of success? Anyone else ever take edibles through international airports? Would appreciate some feedback so I don't shit myself. arty:
wrap it in layers of plastic wrap. and after each layer, dip it in rubbing alcohol. it should kill the smell. or u can put it in a can of coffee (the kind that is already ground) it throws off the dogs sense of smell. im not sure if either of these are proven true. please do not try either of these,,,,they will NOT let home made brownies onto the plane.....its ridiculous that you are considering risking your future for a couple pot brownies....ship them to yourself c/o a ups store near the airport in the city you are visiting....or eat them in line at the check in when you take off
For one thing, don't take brownies, the point is to hide drugs, not have them out in the open. But especially not on international flights, it's one thing if it's domestic, but security and customs are tight on international flights.
not true i saw an episode of Cops once and the drug K-9 sniffed the trunk area of the car while it was closed and indicated the the cops he smelled something in there... so they opened it up inside was like a kilo of cocaine in a brick in a huge dufflebag FILLED with coffeegrounds... the dog smelled that coke REAL quick, and the trunk wasnt even opened at that point. the cop also said smugglers try it quite often and get busted by dogs...the officer also said that he wasnt sure why it started because its not true, dogs can smell drugs even when covered in coffeegrounds just putting that out there
Hey man. As many said, they won't let you bring your own homemade brownies on the plane. Ship them to yourself, or smuggle the buds over. A friend of mine was vacationing in Jamaica, he put a vaccum sealed bag of weed, about an eighth, into a cigarette pack, and then put that into spandex shorts, over which he wore normal clothing. Trying this method is very risky, as is all attempts to bring cannabis through international airport. Also if you are traveling alone, you are more suseptable to search. But overall man, I wouldn't risk tr brownies. Eat them and enjoy you flight in a great way.
I did it a couple times, I mean it's food. it's not like taking drugs on the plane. have a sandwitch with you so it looks like a snack for the plane ride
who packs brownies to go on holiday? We go away to eat fine food, get squiffy and waste away in the sun think sensibly.
I've never tried bringing shit on a plane so I don't know how easy it would be but is it worth risking your life? If they somehow found out and tested the brownies they would weigh the brownies when they charged you which might end up being quite a bit, you might end up taking a trip to prison instead!! I heard if you pour meth into a drink and they find out they will weigh the whole drink...20 ounces of pop weighs over 20 ounces!!!! That's almost 2 pounds of dope they could charge you with a first degree felony enhanced which is 10 to 99 in the penitentiary here!!!! I'm not saying not to do it. I would think it through really well though before you decide and look at it from every possible angle.

I don't know if they actually weigh it like that but ive heard that. And the DA loves dope cases here I suspect because they are so easy to indict someone on they're easy felonies and lots of people in this county do drugs. I think texas makes most of its money by sending people to prison and I think unless I either totally quit fucking with drugs at all or get out of texas i'm gonna end up in the penitentiary for real, i'm 99% sure if I had never moved to texas I would not be a convicted felon.
Damn, im sorry to hear about your conviction and being a felon and all of that. From what i have heard and friends have experienced, Texas is so hardcore on drug laws and things. Probably because they are a very conservative state. I hope everything goes well for you in your journey.
I smuggled about 30 marijuana cookies from CA to Tennessee in 2006. Just put them in a big ziplock back with cliff bars, trail mix, and a couple bananas.. no problem whatsoever.
I bring home hash from Amsterdam to Dublin all the time, havent been caught yet:2thumbsup: but hope im never caught caus if i was they would check me every time, its just a small amount so dont think it would be serious..
Naw, it's not worth the risk. You can't really hide them on your person now because they have full x-ray scanners that see through your clothes, not to mention the tightened security everyone is talking about above. The only time I've smuggled drugs on the plane was when I was going on vacation, and it was internal. Let's just say the condoms didn't stand up to stomach acids and I got real high on the plane (was about 3 grams of crystal from the grinder, disappointing but worth not getting busted). Upon getting to my vacation destination, I saw drug dogs sniffing all the bags as soon as we got off the plane. I wouldn't think it would be worth it at all. Do the UPS thing or buy some drugs wherever you get off or you can have an entire life of shit to deal with if you ever wanna travel again.

She has learned to use rigid sided containers too as luggage will be handed in a Samsonite-commercial manner unless marked 'fragile', but never open the clear container which is plainly 'what is it' (not a bomb); and only bad dogs would eat foodstuffs. She has been told factory seals are usually inspected less, but food is usually packed in luggage as it is restricted to be carried on like before. Screeners are usually glad to not be sifting dirty underwear - notice those thick blue gloves they wear? Reciprocally, I am a successful homebrewer if I do honk my own horn. I always bring bottles of home made wine wherever I go as it is an honorable gift to bestow on good people and is a good omen on my custom to be a giving person. Never have my corks been popped before their time, or broken in transit. May it all pay forward as fine civilization for our future generation! and never outside the box, citizen. PS- Holiday gift-wrap also does not an invisible cape make. I have seen an irate traveler once, having all his gifts unwrapped at a checkpoint.
Put it in very large checked bag concelled in somthign and sealed air tight. If possible compress it as much as possible to conceal the outline of what it is. I go to vegas 4 times a year and always bring atleast a ounce if not 2. So do all my friends and no issues. Want to be extra safe ship it anything non us postal service to your destination a few days before you leave. Do not have it delivered prior to checking in. If you can get a shipment tracking number. The faster and more expensive the shipping the better the package is cared for as your only chance of being caught is poor packaging and it being opened or repackaged. Also DO NOT have a return address to your house make it someplace random and if you can dont leave finger prints all over it If you get caught denie knowing anything about it that you shipped it or know who did and your home free. PS noone cares about brownies lol there looking for bombs and large caches of drugs not personal use or chocalate brownies
