the outsiders is an awesome movie. feel free to discuss the movie, i know it is one of my favorite movies!
Yeah, it's a great movie... and the book is great, too. We read it and watched it in seventh grade, and I fell in love with it. It's a great story.
I read the book. I would love to see the movie. I remembered the greasers as bad boys when I was in high school. When I gave it more thought I remembered that the boys who picked on me were the sons of business executives and professionals. The greasers left me alone.
It's undobtedly one of my fave. You might have seen a couple of my posts on this forum about the movie. And Ponyboy (C. Thomas Howell) !! I don't know whether I should mention it here, but I'm looking for his look-alike!To make friends with! However much odd or even childish that might sound. So much I loved him in that movie! He's a big reason why I like both the movie and the novel.Do you know any guy who looks like CT as Ponyboy?I have posted a message like this elsewhere too on this forum.
I just saw it for the first time tonight. I got the DVD because of all the names I recognized on the cast. Matt Dillon, Patrick Swayze, Emilio Estevez, Tom Cruise and Rob Lowe. And, they were all kids!
I love that movie I just got it from the library,my fave part is when all the Greasers are fighting the Soshe's
Never saw the movie, but we had to study the book in my first year of secondary school, the essays and questions sort of sucked all the enjoyment out of it "Stay gold Ponyboy"
