    Realistically, when do you think it would be possible for the average consumer to get a brain transplant? I'm very interested in one.

    I think the term "body transplant" would be more appropriate for this situation, but anyway...

    Medical science will be able to stop your cells from aging no later than 2015, and reverse the process by 2020. That'll defeat the need for a younger, sleeker body (unless you have a medical condition unrelated to aging). Why buy a new car when you can have it repaired with a 100% guarantee of the problem never recurring?
